Summary
This research booklet brings together the key content presented at the PERSÉIS Symposium – Attracting and Retaining Talent in the Regions to Foster Innovative Entrepreneurship in Quebec, held on November 18–19, 2025, at DigiHub Shawinigan. It highlights the insights, discussions, and knowledge shared on a range of issues related to the development of regional entrepreneurship, including the social economy, innovation, entrepreneurial support, arts entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs’ health and well-being, and diversity entrepreneurship.
Through summaries of the panel discussions and the various themes explored, this booklet aims to foster collective reflection and support the growth of an innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem that is firmly rooted in regional realities.
